About the internship:What you'll do:

• Check every live batch on the app daily: lectures, schedules, notes, test series, titles
• Catch errors and gaps before students do
• Coordinate fixes with our content and tech teams
• Follow up until every issue is fully resolved
• Share regular reports on what broke, what got fixed, and what keeps repeating
