Founders Office Associate - Fresher

About the job:We're hiring our first team member at Gradis. Mumbai or remote. We're looking for someone to work directly with the founder and help build both the learning experience and the business around it. This is a broad, hands-on role. You'll have work you own, room to bring your ideas, and a direct view of how an early-stage company is built. As our first hire, your work will directly shape what Gradis becomes. You'll work closely with the founder across learning, operations, growth and product, with responsibility that develops as the company grows. The pay is Rs 42,000 a month.

You'll be involved across Gradis, with a meaningful part of your work spent supporting and facilitating live sessions with children. You'll help them develop their ideas, work through challenges and feel proud of what they create.
