Key ResponsibilitiesHandle client queries through calls, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels. Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate services. Coordinate with legal, compliance, accounts and operations teams for timely execution. Follow up with clients for documents, payments and pending requirements. Maintain accurate client and lead information in the CRM. Assist in generating and converting business leads. Ensure timely completion and delivery of assigned client work. Maintain professional relationships with existing and new clients. Follow company processes, quality standards and compliance timelines. Provide regular updates to clients regarding the status of their assignments. Desired SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of corporate, legal, GST or compliance services is an advantage. Good follow-up and client-handling skills. Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
