E-Commerce Manager

Key Responsibilities Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (website, marketplaces like Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Flipkart, etc.) Handle product uploads, descriptions, pricing, and inventory updates Monitor daily orders, returns, and customer queries Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for order fulfillment Manage online promotions, discounts, and campaign execution Analyze sales performance and prepare reports Ensure product images and content are accurate and attractive Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolution Work with marketing team for digital campaigns (SEO, ads, social media)
