Technical Sales / Demo Intern - Internship

About the internship:Help prospective customers understand and adopt Relatix through product demonstrations, technical explanations, and guided onboarding.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct live demonstrations of Relatix features, including AI Inbox, integrations, AI agents, and native workflow automation.

2. Understand prospects' requirements and demonstrate relevant business use cases.

3. Assist users with account setup, initial configuration, and setting up their first successful workflows.

4. Answer basic product and integration-related questions and escalate complex technical issues to the engineering team.

5. Document customer feedback, technical objections, and feature requests.

6. Students and freshers are welcome to apply; candidates with an IT background are preferred.2. Must be pursuing or have recently completed a B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc. in IT/CS, or an equivalent degree.3. Good understanding of SaaS applications, APIs, and common business software.4. Ability to explain technical features clearly to non-technical users.5. Comfortable conducting screen-sharing demonstrations and troubleshooting basic issues.6. Stipend Structure:

Fixed pay: ₹ 12,000 - 15,000 /month
