Assistant Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Operations Manager to join our team in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end operations support and troubleshooting, with a proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our processes and systems, particularly in relation to SAP and Infinity development coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
• Provide end-to-end support for operations, addressing any troubleshooting needs that arise.
• Coordinate with various departments to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Manage SAP master data management tasks, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Lead initiatives to improve operational processes and implement best practices.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to support Infinity development coordination.
• Prepare and present reports on operational performance and areas for improvement.
