PRD Operator

Operate and monitor process equipment such as reactors, dryers, and filters as per BMR. Charge raw materials and intermediates as per SOP. Monitor process parameters (temperature, pressure, mixing speed, etc.) and record data. Perform in process sampling and coordinate with QC/IPQC. Maintain BMR, logbooks, cleaning and equipment usage records. Ensure cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work area. Follow cGMP, safety, EHS, and PPE norms strictly. Report deviations and abnormal observations immediately. Assist in routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
