Associate Channel Development - Internship

About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify and build a database of BPOs, call centers, recruitment agencies, and staffing partners.

2. Make outbound calls to potential BPO partners and introduce the company's collaboration opportunity.

3. Understand the BPO's capabilities, workforce strength, locations, and hiring capacity.

4. Pitch and explain the business collaboration / partnership model.

5.Generate qualified BPO partnership leads through cold calling, online research, referrals, and other channels.

6. Follow up consistently with interested BPOs and move them towards onboarding.

7. Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups, and partnership status.

8.
