Job Title : Accounts & Finance ExecutiveCompany : A Courier Aggregator PlatformLocation : Uttam Nagar, New DelhiAbout Us :We are a courier aggregator platform that helps businesses manage their shipping and logistics requirements. We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to manage financial records, reconcile courier partner settlements, track Cash on Delivery (COD) remittances, and support financial reporting and profitability analysis.Mandatory Skills :Accounting & Bookkeeping, Invoicing & Billing, COD Reconciliation, Courier Settlement, MS Excel/Google Sheets, Financial Reporting, Accounts Receivable & Payable, Numerical Accuracy, Attention to Detail.Key Responsibilities :Prepare, verify, and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and financial records.Track and reconcile COD remittances from courier partners against shipment records.Monitor daily revenue, expenses, commissions, and business transactions.Calculate courier charges, customer billing, commissions, and profit margins.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss statements.Reconcile wallet balances, prepaid recharges, outstanding payments, and pending settlements.Maintain and verify Excel/Google Sheets reports and accounting records.Identify and resolve discrepancies in invoices, courier charges, COD settlements, and financial transactions.Track accounts receivable, accounts payable, and outstanding payments from clients and courier partners.Coordinate with internal teams and courier partners to resolve financial discrepancies.Maintain proper financial documentation and support management with business performance analysis.Required Skills & Qualifications :Basic knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial reporting.Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and accounting software.Strong numerical, analytical, and reconciliation skills.Good understanding of receivables, payables, settlements, and financial records.High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.Good communication and coordination skills.Prior experience in accounts, finance, billing, or reconciliation is preferred.Experience in logistics, courier aggregation, or e-commerce operations will be an added advantage.Ideal Candidate :A responsible and detail-oriented professional who can maintain accurate financial records, reconcile courier settlements and COD transactions, identify discrepancies, and assist management in monitoring revenue, expenses, and profitability.
