About the Role

We are looking for a BMC Helix Data Manager (HDM) professional with strong hands-on experience in data migration, CMDB, ITSM, SQL and troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with BMC Helix ITSM, CMDB/Foundation Data, AR DB schema and data migration processes, along with strong customer-facing communication skills.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

Strong hands-on experience with BMC Helix Data Manager (HDM)Strong knowledge of BMC Helix ITSM, CMDB, Foundation Data and schemaHandle data migration, validation and reconciliationTroubleshoot and resolve data migration issuesWrite and execute SQL queries within the AR DB schemaTroubleshoot data-related issues and identify root causesWork with stakeholders/customers to understand and resolve technical issuesAtrium Integrator experience is preferredStrong communication and customer-facing skills
