Maintain CRM / sales records and buyer database 5. Assist in converting leads into long-term export customers Required Skills:1. Strong communication skills (English mandatory) 2. Basic understanding of export/import business (preferred) 3. Good email writing & negotiation skills 4. Knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets 5. Ability to handle international clients professionally 6.
