About the job:Key responsibilities:

1. Handle customer communication via emails, chats, and phone calls, providing prompt and professional responses.

2. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

3. Manage Return to Origin (RTO) cases, coordinating with logistics and internal teams to resolve issues

4. Regularly check and follow up on Non-Delivery Reports (NDRs) to minimize delivery failures.

5. Coordinate with logistics partners for timely dispatches, returns, and delivery resolution.

6.
