Accounts & Railway Payment Collection Executive

About the job:Key responsibilities:

1. Visit various Zonal Railway offices, divisional offices, and railway workshops to follow up on outstanding payments.

2. Coordinate with railway accounts departments, finance officers, and concerned officials for the release of pending payments.

3. Collect payment-related documents, payment advice, and other necessary confirmations.

4. Follow up on pending bills, invoices, and payment claims.

5. Maintain records of outstanding payments, collection status, and follow-up activities.

6. Identify and resolve payment delays arising from documentation discrepancies, invoice issues, or other procedural requirements.

7. Prepare regular reports on collections, pending payments, and upcoming visits.

8. Coordinate with the company's internal accounts and sales teams to ensure timely resolution of payment-related issues.

9.
