IT Support Specialist

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will provide high-level support to VIP users and executives, ensuring their IT needs are met efficiently and effectively. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing incidents, and providing end-user support across various platforms, including O365 and Outlook. The IT Support Specialist will also be responsible for utilizing ITSM and ticketing tools to track and resolve issues, ensuring timely escalation when necessary. Key responsibilities include: 1. Providing desktop support L2 for hardware and software issues. 2. Assisting VIP users and executives with their IT requirements. 3. Managing incidents and ensuring proper escalation of unresolved issues. 4. Conducting hardware troubleshooting and resolving networking issues. 5. Facilitating video conferencing setups and support. 6. Maintaining documentation of support activities and solutions. Required skills for this position include a strong background in IT support, familiarity with O365 and Outlook, experience with ITSM and ticketing tools, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
