Mutual Fund Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Mutual Fund Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our mutual fund operations in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mutual fund operations, including client onboarding, NAV upload and processing, and regulatory reporting. This role is crucial for ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently while adhering to all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end mutual fund operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
• Oversee client onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new clients.
• Coordinate NAV upload and processing activities, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Handle NACH and SIP processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in execution.
• Prepare and present MIS reports to senior management, providing insights into operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements and manage escalation processes effectively.
• Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of mutual funds and related operations.
• Proficiency in client onboarding processes and demat services.
• Experience with NAV upload, processing, and regulatory reporting.
• Ability to manage escalations and monitor SLAs effectively.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
