The ideal candidate understands social media behaviour, creates content that drives engagement, and can translate briefs into impactful visual storytelling. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign creatives for social media, marketing campaigns, digital ads, presentations, and website assetsShoot, edit, and produce video content for campaigns, ads, educational posts, and internal requirementsAdapt and optimise creatives across multiple platforms and formatsEnsure brand consistency and storytelling quality across all design outputCollaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams for content requirementsStay updated with latest design and social media trends to enhance content performance Must-Have Qualifications (Deal-Breakers)Minimum 3 years of proven experience in graphic design and video editing (3–5 years preferred)Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro & CanvaStrong understanding of social media trends, engagement strategies, and content formatsAbility to produce both static and video content independently end-to-endMust reside within a commutable distance to Hyderabad Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)Experience in building brand identities and cohesive design systemsHands-on experience with AI-driven creative tools like HeyGen, Caption AI, Freepik AI, etc.Prior experience or strong interest in real estate / proptech brandingUnderstanding of real estate marketing behaviour and consumer psychology What Success Looks Like in This RoleHigh-quality creatives delivered consistentlyFast turnaround with error-free design and brand alignmentContent that drives strong engagement and communication clarityCollaboration and ownership without reminders or follow-ups
