Junior Video Editor - Fresher

About the job:As a Junior Video Editor at XPANDIFY, you'll help turn raw footage and creative direction into clear, polished videos. You'll work with the team to build your editing skills while contributing to projects from first cut through final export.

1. Organize footage, audio, and project files in Adobe Premiere Pro so edits are easy to review and update.

2. Create rough cuts from supplied footage, following briefs, scripts, and established visual references.

3. Refine pacing, transitions, and audio levels to make each video flow smoothly and communicate its intended message.

4. Use Adobe After Effects to add or adjust basic titles, motion graphics, and visual elements within your skill level.

5. Support video making by helping prepare shots, capture simple footage, and keep source files organized.

6. Apply feedback from editors and other teammates, making requested revisions accurately and on schedule.

7.
