Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business units to develop and implement financial strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decisions.
• Manage P&L statements and provide insights on financial performance to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial objectives are met and to drive continuous improvement in financial processes.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
• Support the development of financial models to evaluate business opportunities and risks.

Required Skills:

• Strong background in finance, with expertise in FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting.
