Telecaller - Fresher

About the job:VortexWeb is a technology and digital solutions company providing businesses with software solutions, CRM customization, and digital services to streamline their operations and improve business performance. You will be the first point of contact for employers and candidates interacting with VortexWeb. Your calls will help onboard employers, generate job and internship opportunities, and support candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Call employers from assigned lists, including startups, small and medium-sized businesses, and agencies across Delhi NCR, to introduce VortexWeb and encourage them to share their fresher job openings and internship opportunities.

2. Verify employer details, including company name, contact person, job role, and location, before publishing any opening.

3. Call registered and prospective candidates to help them complete their profiles and apply for suitable job opportunities.

4. Follow up with employers regarding applications received and coordinate with candidates regarding interview schedules.

5. Respond to employer and candidate queries clearly and professionally, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team member.

6. Record every call, its outcome, and the next action in the CRM on the same working day.

7.
