Mechanical Design (SolidWorks & 3D Printing) - Internship

About the internship:Neonflake builds intelligent systems across AI, IoT, web engineering, and designer homeware. From kiosk hardware to wash basins, our work sits where engineering meets design.

We're looking for a mechanical engineering intern who is comfortable in SolidWorks and has hands-on experience with FDM 3D printers. You'll take parts from idea to CAD to printed prototype, and iterate until they fit and work.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Design parts, enclosures, and assemblies in SolidWorks

2. Prepare models for FDM printing: orientation, supports, tolerances and slicer settings

3. Operate and maintain our 3D printers, and troubleshoot failed prints

4. Prototype, test fit and revise designs

5.
