Relationship Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate Home Loan and LAP business through open-market sourcing. Generate leads through DSAs, connectors, brokers, builders and customer references . Meet customers and understand their financial and property requirements. Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, EMI, documentation and other product details. Complete customer profiling and collect KYC, income and property documents . Manage the loan process from lead generation → login → sanction → disbursement . Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal and Technical teams. Follow up on pending documents and approvals to ensure timely disbursement. Achieve monthly login, sanction and disbursement targets . Maintain good relationships with customers and channel partners. Monitor the loan portfolio and conduct customer/loan-utilization visits where required. Maintain proper records, MIS and daily sales reports. Ensure compliance with KYC, credit policies and bank procedures. Utkarsh Bank
