Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads. Explain health insurance products and plans to customers. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information. Generate leads and convert potential customers into sales. Follow up with interested customers regularly. Maintain accurate customer and calling records. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and business targets. Coordinate with the team and TL to achieve overall sales targets.
