Business Development (Sales) - Internship

About the internship:Neoma Capital works in unlisted and pre-IPO shares, investment advisory and M&A.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Call 40 to 60 leads and clients daily from the provided database to pitch unlisted shares and other Neoma products

2. Follow up with warm leads via call, WhatsApp and email until closure or a clear no

3. Explain share details, pricing and the transaction process to clients

4. Qualify leads (investor type, ticket size, interest) and log every interaction in the CRM the same day

5. Coordinate with the operations team for KYC, documentation and settlement

6. Reconnect with existing clients for repeat deals and referrals

7. Track daily targets: calls made, conversations, leads generated, deals closed

8.
