Content Creator Intern - Internship

About the internship:As a Content Creator Intern at Mantraa, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and skills in content management, marketing, and video production. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in creating engaging content for our social media platforms and website.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Appear on camera as the face of Mantraa for video ads, reels, and social media content daily

2. Shoot video content independently using your own phone product showcases, BTS, lifestyle, and ad creatives

3. Edit videos for Meta Ads and social media reels, stories and posts using CapCut, VN or similar tools

4. Create trendy, scroll-stopping reels by staying on top of current Instagram trends, audio, and formats

5. Create static posts, carousels and creatives using Canva or AI tools

6. Deliver final edited content ready to post independently, without supervision

7. Post content daily on Instagram and other platforms as per the content calendar

8. Manage and respond to comments and DMs on all social media platforms

9. Drive engagement actively reply, react, and interact with the community on behalf of the brand

10. Monitor social media performance daily and flag what is working and what is not

11. Ensure the Instagram feed, stories and highlights are always updated and brand-aligned

12. Create and maintain a monthly content calendar covering reels, stories, static posts and ad creatives

13. Plan content themes, hooks, scripts, and formats for the week ahead proactively

14. Ideate fresh content ideas regularly you should always have more ideas than we have time to shoot

15. Create video content specifically for Meta Ads UGC-style, informative, and lifestyle formats
