Hands-on knowledge of preparing P&L statements and reconciling financial records4. Familiarity with Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software5. Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets6. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate financial records7. Interest in gaining hands-on experience managing the accounting and tax compliance of a growing business8.
