Junior Travel & Tourism Executive

About the job:FlyHigh FlySafe is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Holiday Package Executive with experience in planning and selling domestic and international holiday packages. The ideal candidate should understand customer travel requirements, prepare customized itineraries, coordinate bookings, and provide excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle customer enquiries for domestic and international holiday packages.

2. Understand customer preferences, budgets, travel dates, and requirements.

3. Prepare customized itineraries, tour packages, and travel quotations.

4. Suggest suitable destinations, hotels, sightseeing options, and travel arrangements.

5. Handle end-to-end holiday package sales, from enquiry to booking confirmation.

6. Coordinate hotel reservations, transfers, sightseeing, and other travel services.

7. Follow up with clients, convert enquiries into bookings, and maintain good customer relationships.

8. Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, DMC, and other travel partners.

9. Provide accurate information about travel packages, inclusions, exclusions, and pricing.

10. Maintain customer records and follow up on leads regularly.

11.
