Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Execution & AcquisitionIdentify and onboard new channel partners, retailers, or institutional clients within the assigned district.Execute local marketing activities and BTL (Below-the-Line) activations to drive brand awareness.Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition and revenue targets.Relationship Management & RetentionAct as the first point of contact for all district-level partners/clients.Resolve operational issues and grievances promptly to ensure high partner satisfaction.Conduct regular training sessions for partners to keep them updated on products and processes.Data & ReportingMaintain accurate records of daily visits and lead pipelines in the CRM.Provide ground-level feedback to the Area Relationship Manager (ARM) regarding competitor pricing and local market shifts.Ensure 100% compliance with company documentation and collection processes. .
