Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA/LSA) certification is mandatory.

Minimum 4-5 years of experience working as a Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) .

Strong expertise in Pega application architecture, design, and implementation.

Experience leading Pega development teams and mentoring developers.

Proficiency in Pega best practices, performance tuning, security, and application deployment.
