About the job:As a CAD Designer at Foresight Corporation, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, V-Ray, Autodesk 3ds Max, and Quantity Survey (QS). 1. Utilizing AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, V-Ray, and Autodesk 3ds Max to create detailed and accurate 2D and 3D models for various projects.

2. Collaborating with architects and engineers to develop design concepts and solutions that meet project requirements.

3. Performing quantity surveying tasks to accurately estimate materials and costs for construction projects.

4. Conducting site visits and measurements to ensure accurate and precise design implementation.

5. Communicating effectively with team members and clients to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.

6. Staying current on industry trends and software updates to continuously improve design processes and efficiency.

7. Maintaining organized project files and documentation for future reference and revisions.
