Loan Syndication Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Loan Syndication Specialist to join our dynamic team in Tamil Nadu or Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in loan syndication and servicing, with a focus on wholesale lending. This role is crucial for managing and facilitating the loan syndication process, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and compliant with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the loan syndication process from initiation to closing, ensuring timely and accurate execution of all transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to structure and negotiate loan agreements.
• Oversee loan documentation, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and service existing loans, addressing any issues that arise and maintaining strong relationships with borrowers and lenders.
• Conduct market research to identify potential syndication opportunities and assess risks associated with loan transactions.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing loan syndication activities and performance metrics.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in loan syndication, loan servicing, and wholesale lending.
• Strong knowledge of loan documentation processes and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in loan management software, particularly Loan IQ, is a plus.
