Senior AI Engineer (Multiple Roles)

The work: make releases zero-downtime, keep the platform running when a zone goes dark, and build GenAI into how the team builds and ships.

What Youll OwnFull-stack features on the platform: Java / Spring Boot services, Vue.js front end, Python for tooling and automationAI in the SDLC: rolling out AI-assisted code review, and using LLMs for test generation, release-readiness checks and runbook automationBlue/Green deployment enablement: backward-compatible DDL, namespace-aware state so services behave correctly in active/passive, and isolated test assets so Green can be validated end-to-end without touching production dataBuild AI agents and integrate to modernize the stack. Design and proof of concept for zero-downtime DDL execution ahead of production cutoversHigh Availability and Disaster Recovery: HA rollout and stabilization for critical services, multi-zone readiness, DR provisioning and sync, failover validationAutomated failover, observability and production runbooksDesign reviews, code reviews, defect fixes, release readiness, and knowledge transfer to client engineersWhat You Bring6+ years as a full-stack engineer: Java, Spring Boot, Vue.js (React is fine if you can pick up Vue), and working PythonStrong data structures and algorithms fundamentalsAI-first daily workflow: youre a proficient user of Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or similar, and use them to design, code, test, debug and document every day.
