Network Support Engineer

Job opening for Network Support Engineer in Telecom with 1 Years - 7 Years experience for Internet Service Provider ISP at .

Skills Needed: Troubleshooting ,Telecommunications Networking ,WAN ,Network operations center NOC ,LAN ,Written and verbal communication ,Customer interaction ,Teamwork , Vacancies = 1 .

Provide on site support to NOC team or troubleshooting and installation.

Visit Client Site and provide onsite support for WAN troubleshooting with guidance of NOC.

Coordinate with Regulatory coordinator for providing timely inputs for compliance related

report collection.

Audit and recommend Quality measures apart from Troubleshooting Partner Network and

ensure improvement in quality of service delivery.

Help in installation of WAN devices with guidance of NOC.

Interact with Vendor Partners from Client Site for troubleshooting vendor related issue.

Perform other tasks as requested by the Lead / Management.

Adhere to the shift pattern as per the Organization requirement.

Requirements (Essentials):

Any graduate or 10+2 with technical knowledge

Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills.

Ability to think strategically and to lead the team.

Local language is a must.
