About the job:As a Talent Manager at Capture Art, you will play a crucial role in coordinating, scheduling, casting, and managing various projects to ensure the smooth running of our talent management operations. You will be responsible for budget management, talent onboarding, and database management. Expertise in Data management and optimisation is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and schedule talent for various voice-over and localisation projects.

2. Manage project budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources

3. Maintain a database of talent information, organize, and grow it.

4. Acquire talents/Artists from various online and offline channels.

5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow

7. Implement effective talent management strategies to attract and retain top talent in the industry.
