About the job:Key responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute campus hiring and internship recruitment programs.

2. Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and educational institutions.

5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.

6. Manage offer rollouts, candidate engagement, and onboarding coordination.

7. Track campus recruitment metrics, hiring outcomes, and recruitment performance.

8. Support employer branding initiatives across universities and educational institutions.

9. Maintain talent pipelines for future graduate hiring programs.
