About the job:Key Responsibilities:

1. Follow up with insurance companies to resolve unpaid medical claims and investigate claim denials.

2. Review and analyse outstanding insurance claims to ensure timely reimbursement for healthcare providers.

3. Identify trends, communicate errors and findings to relevant stakeholders, and help prevent recurring issues.

4. Coordinate with insurance companies on behalf of clients to resolve claims within defined timelines and service-level agreements.
