About the internship:As a Telecalling intern at Lalita Automation Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to enhance your communication skills while gaining valuable experience in the automation industry. Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our automation products and services.

2. Handle incoming calls from existing clients, addressing their inquiries and providing assistance.

3. Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions in MS-Excel.

4. Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and schedule appointments.

5. Assist in organizing and conducting virtual product demonstrations for clients.

6. Provide timely feedback to the management team on customer concerns and market trends.

7. Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional activities and campaigns.
