Agency Development Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Agency Development Manager to join our team in Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and managing the agency channel to achieve business objectives in the life and general insurance sectors. This role requires a strong focus on agent recruitment, development, and performance management to ensure the growth of the agency network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance agency sales and recruitment efforts.
• Manage and support a team of agents, providing training and guidance to maximize their performance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and clients to foster loyalty and retention.
• Conduct regular field visits to assess agent performance and provide on-ground support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align agency strategies with overall business goals.
• Prepare and present reports on sales performance and recruitment metrics to senior management.

Required Skills:
