Talent Acquisition - Internship

About the internship:As our talent acquisition intern, you'll help us find, engage and close great people across engineering, product, brand, and operations.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source candidates on LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala and other job boards, and through referrals, using targeted search strings.

2. Reach out to candidates with personalized messages and follow up until you hear back.

3. Screen applicants on short calls, checking their availability, expectations and fit against the role.

4. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and keep everyone updated on next steps.

5. Maintain the hiring tracker (ATS or Google Sheets) so that the status of every candidate is accurate and up to date.

6. Look after the candidate experience from the first message to the offer or the rejection.

7. Support employer branding through job posts, college outreach and LinkedIn content.

8.
