About the Role

The Head - Business Excellence will lead enterprise-wide operational excellence, continuous improvement, digital transformation, process optimization, quality improvement, and performance enhancement initiatives across manufacturing and corporate functions. This role reports to the Business Unit Head.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Business Excellence strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive process optimization, waste elimination, productivity improvement, and cost optimization.
• Standardize SOPs and business processes across functions.
• Lead Quality Management Systems and root cause analysis initiatives.
• Implement KPI dashboards and performance management systems.
• Manage cross-functional transformation projects.
• Promote Industry 4.0, ERP, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Build internal capability through training and coaching.
• Collaborate with business leaders to improve operational performance.

Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Industrial, Production or Chemical Engineering.
• MBA/PGDM preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt/Master Black Belt preferred.
