Receptionist / Front Office Executive

We are looking for a responsible, friendly and well-organised Receptionist / Front Office Executive to join our veterinary hospital in Whitefield. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play an important role in ensuring smooth day-to-day hospital operations. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist pet parents visiting the hospital Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages and appointment enquiries Schedule and manage doctor appointments Register patients and maintain accurate client/patient information Prepare bills, collect payments and handle basic billing activities Coordinate with doctors, nurses and hospital staff Follow up with clients regarding appointments, reports and treatments Maintain reception and front-office records Handle customer queries and complaints professionally Coordinate admissions, discharges and hospital visits Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area Explain basic hospital processes and services to pet parents Assist with day-to-day administrative work Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge Comfortable using WhatsApp and handling phone calls Ability to communicate in English and Kannada; Hindi is an advantage Good customer-service attitude Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy hospital environment Should be punctual, responsible and willing to learn Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, hotel, front office, customer service or reception role is preferred Important: This is a veterinary hospital, so the candidate should be comfortable around dogs and cats. Preferred Candidate: Someone who is confident, polite, energetic, organised and genuinely enjoys interacting with pet parents.
