• Job Responsibilities:Acquire customers through open market sourcing for Loan Against Property (LAP).
• Generate new business through field sales, referrals, and lead generation activities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive business growth.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring quality sourcing and compliance.
• Eligibility:23 years of experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) sales.
• Experience in open market sourcing is mandatory.
• Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Age: 2135 years.
• CIBIL Score: 650 or above (Mandatory).
