About the job:Project Coordinator- Control Room

Key responsibilities:

1. Monitor vehicle locations, movement, and operational status through the GPS tracking dashboard.

2. Track vehicle availability, stoppages, route deviations, and other operational exceptions.

3. Monitor system alerts and promptly escalate issues to the Floor Manager or concerned team.

4. Prepare and maintain daily vehicle monitoring reports, MIS reports, and shift handover records.

5. Coordinate with field personnel and supervisors for vehicle-related updates and operational issues.

6. Identify GPS device offline status or data gaps and report technical issues for resolution.

7. Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth handover between shifts.
