Technical Project Manager (WFH)

About the job:Key responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end software project delivery, including planning, execution, release, and post-release support.

2. Create and manage project roadmaps, scope, milestones, sprint plans, and release schedules.

3. Coordinate with Development, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, Business teams, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

4. Manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, blockers, scope changes, and deliverables.

5. Drive Agile practices, including Scrum/Kanban, sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.

6. Ensure clear task ownership, priorities, deadlines, and regular follow-ups across teams.

7. Proactively identify project risks and implement corrective actions to prevent delays and escalations.

8. Coordinate UAT, release readiness, deployment, and post-release support activities.

9. Manage client communication, expectations, feedback, approvals, and escalations.

10. Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and KPI-based updates for management.

11. Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with internal delivery processes.

12.
