We create high-quality, invite-only experiences that enable meaningful peer conversations and industry networking.Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Community & Events Associate to support the execution of leadership roundtables, community engagement, and stakeholder coordination.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with professionals, managing conversations, coordinating events, and ensuring seamless participant experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate invite-only leadership roundtables and eventsEngage with senior professionals across our networkManage speaker and attendee communication & coordinationHandle event confirmations, follow-ups, scheduling, and logisticsSupport community engagement initiatives and relationship managementMaintain event trackers, attendee records, and coordination workflowsEnsure a smooth and professional participant experience before, during, and after eventsWho Should Apply1–3 years of experience in events, community management, recruitment, coordination, operations, client servicing, or similar rolesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsGood organizational and multitasking abilitiesComfortable interacting with senior professionals and stakeholdersDetail-oriented, proactive, and execution-focusedRecruiters/TA professionals looking to transition into community & event-facing roles are also welcomePreferred SkillsStakeholder managementEvent coordinationProfessional communicationFollow-ups and schedulingMS Office / Google Sheets proficiencyLocation & Working ModelGurugramHybrid work model
