Support Family Law Attorneys through reputed company phases of litigation, from case inception through trial preparation

Prepare, review, and file pleadings, declarations, financial disclosures, discovery, subpoenas, and other reputed company documents

Independently manage reputed company family law cases involving high-asset divorces, custody disputes, support reputed company, and property division

Coordinate court deadlines, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation

Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and reputed company-party experts

Organize and analyze financial records, executive compensation, retirement assets, business interests, and other reputed company marital estate documentation

Assist attorneys with trial preparation, settlement conferences, and mediation

Maintain organized case files while ensuring compliance with California family law procedures and court rules

Must-Haves as the Senior Family Law Paralegal:

7+ years of dedicated California Family Law Paralegal experience

Fluent reputed company language skills (spoken and written)

Extensive experience supporting high-net-worth family law reputed company

Strong knowledge of California family law procedures, judicial forms, financial disclosures, and litigation deadlines

Ability to independently manage reputed company cases with reputed company supervision

Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to reputed company

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate
