Meta Ads Manager - Internship

About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.

2. Monitor campaign performance and analyze metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions.

3. Test different audiences, creatives, and ad copy to improve campaign performance.

4. Work closely with the content and design team to create high-converting ad creatives.

5. Research competitors, industry trends, and winning advertising strategies.

6. Help set up Meta Pixel, Events Manager, and conversion tracking.

7. Prepare weekly campaign performance reports and share optimization ideas.

8. Stipend Structure:

Fixed pay: ₹ 7,000 - 16,000 /month

Incentive pay: ₹ 4,000 - 10,000 /month
