Position: Regional Head – GujaratLocation: GujaratExperience: 7–10 YearsAbout the Role:We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Regional Head to lead business operations across Gujarat. The role involves driving regional sales growth, leading high-performing teams, expanding market presence, building strong client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence while achieving business objectives.Key Responsibilities:• Lead and manage business operations across Gujarat.• Develop and execute regional sales and business development strategies.• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.• Lead, mentor, and motivate regional sales and operations teams.• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, channel partners, and key stakeholders.• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence.• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, MIS reports, and performance reviews.• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Operations, and Marketing teams for seamless business execution.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).• 7–10 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Regional Operations.• Proven experience in leading regional teams and achieving business targets.• Strong understanding of the Gujarat market and business ecosystem.• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.• Willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat.Key Skills:• Regional Business Management• Sales & Business Development• Team Leadership• Strategic Planning• P&L Management• Client Relationship Management• Channel Partner Development• Market Analysis• Revenue Growth• Stakeholder Management• Decision Making• Problem SolvingIf this opportunity aligns with your experience and interests, I'd be happy to discuss it further.
