In this role, you will support our baking team across various stages of production—from raw material handling and basic ingredient preparation to dough processing, packing, loading, and facility sanitation.​Key Responsibilities​1. Raw Material Handling & Preparation​Measure, weigh, and sift dry and liquid ingredients according to batch recipe specifications.​Assist bakers with dough mixing, rounding, proofing, and tray loading.​2. Production Support & Baking Assistance​Operate basic production equipment (mixers, dough sheeters, dividers, slicers) under supervision.​Load and unload baking trays, molds, and racks into ovens and cooling areas safely.​Perform physical assembly tasks such as filling, shaping, cutting, or garnishing bakery products.​3. Sanitation & Equipment Maintenance ​Wash, clean, and sanitize baking trays, utensils, mixing bowls, and machinery daily. ​Keep production floors, workstations, and storage areas clean and compliant with food safety guidelines. ​Dispose of food waste and scrap materials regularly into designated waste collection areas.
