Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Make outgoing calls to potential customers to promote our travel packages

2. Handle incoming calls from customers to address their inquiries and provide assistance

3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in MS Excel

4. Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and close sales

5. Assist in updating and maintaining our customer database

6. Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

7. Participate in training sessions to enhance your telecalling and sales skills
