As a CSR Platform Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for CSR clients during platform onboarding and implementation. You will work closely with clients, NGO partners, and the Product Delivery Team to ensure smooth platform adoption, accurate data collection, and effective impact reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Platform Configuration & Client Onboarding

1. Configure client accounts on the SuperHumanRace platform by migrating project data, setting up employee accounts, and mapping programs to each client's specific CSR strategy and themes.

2. Manage the 12-Week Engagement Calendar end-to-end for each client by tracking milestones, flagging risks, and ensuring the timely delivery of dashboards and reports.

3. Build and deploy impact dashboards and CSR-2-ready reports tailored to each client's portfolio and reporting obligations.

B. Training & Capacity Building

1. Train client CSR teams on platform usage, data entry workflows, and reporting features as part of each engagement.

2. Conduct structured training sessions for NGO and implementation partner teams to onboard them onto the platform and ensure data quality from the field.

3. Create and maintain training materials, SOPs, and how-to guides to simplify platform adoption for non-technical teams.

C. Impact Measurement & Reporting

1. Collaborate with clients and partners to collect, clean, and validate impact data aligned with UN SDGs, national frameworks, and client-specific metrics.

2. Assist in developing and refining CSR metrics and measurement frameworks for diverse program areas, including livelihoods, education, environment, and health.

3. Prepare and quality-check CSR-2 filings and impact reports for client submission.

D. Client & Partner Success

1. Serve as the day-to-day client SPOC by responding to platform queries, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining high client satisfaction.

2. Collaborate with the Product Delivery team to escalate and resolve platform issues and translate client feedback into product improvements.

3. Help expand the partner network by building strong relationships with NGOs and CSR implementation agencies.

Strong comfort with digital tools and online platforms - you learn new software fast.8. Clear written and verbal communication in English; Hindi or local language competence is a plus.9. High ownership and follow-through - if you say you'll do something, it gets done.Preferred:1. 0-3 years of experience in CSR coordination, program management, NGO administration, or a related field.2. Familiarity with the Companies Act (Section 135) and CSR-2 reporting requirements.3. Exposure to impact measurement frameworks (LFA, SDG mapping, Theory of Change).4. Experience with project management or CRM tools (Monday, ClickUp, Asana, Salesforce, or similar).5.
